Privacy Policy

aibroadcast.tv is a content site with one interactive tool (a free video generator). We collect the minimum data needed to run it, and this page lists exactly what that is. The short version: no accounts, no tracking pixels from ad networks, no sale of data.

What we collect

Generator usage (IP address + quota counters)

When you use the free H3 Max generator, our server reads your IP address (provided by Cloudflare) to enforce the free quota of 2 videos per IP per day. The counter — IP address, date, and a count — is stored in a Cloudflare KV namespace and expires automatically after 48 hours. We do not store your prompts, your uploaded images, or the generated videos on our servers.

Prompts and images are forwarded to fal

Generation is performed by fal, a third-party inference provider. Your prompt (and your starting image, if you upload one for image-to-video) is transmitted to fal's API to produce the video, and the resulting video file is served from fal's CDN. Fal's own privacy policy governs what they retain. Do not submit personal, private, or sensitive material in prompts or images.

Analytics (self-hosted OpenPanel)

We run a self-hosted OpenPanel instance to count page views and referrers. The analytics server is operated by us; data is not shared with an ad network. OpenPanel's script may store an anonymous visitor identifier in your browser (localStorage/cookie) to distinguish new from returning visitors.

Newsletter (email address)

If you subscribe, your email address is collected and stored by Buttondown, our newsletter provider, under their privacy policy. Every email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing removes you from the list.

Hosting (Cloudflare)

The site is served by Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to deliver pages and protect the site, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

What we never do

  • No user accounts or registration of any kind.
  • No advertising trackers, no third-party ad cookies.
  • No selling or sharing of personal data with data brokers.
  • No persistent storage of prompts, uploaded images, or generated videos.

Your choices

You can use a content blocker to disable analytics without breaking the site. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in any email. To request deletion of your newsletter email, contact us at the address below.

Changes

If we add features that change what we collect (for example, paid credit packs), we will update this page before enabling them. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
