Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-07

By using aibroadcast.tv you agree to these terms. The site is an independent index of AI live streams, plus free tools (cost calculators and a free video generator). We are not affiliated with fal, MiniMax, or any show listed.

The free generator

  • The H3 Max generator is a free, quota-limited demo: 2 videos per IP per day, with a site-wide daily cap. Quotas and limits can change or be suspended at any time, without notice, to control costs or abuse.
  • Generation is performed by a third-party API (fal). Availability and output quality depend on that provider; we do not guarantee uptime or results.
  • Prompts are screened by a content blocklist. Attempts to bypass it, or automated scraping of the API endpoint, may get your IP blocked.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site or the generator to create or attempt to create content that is:

  • unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or inciting violence;
  • sexually explicit, or sexualizes minors in any way;
  • an impersonation of a real person (including celebrity likenesses) intended to deceive;
  • designed to mislead, defraud, or manipulate others.

You are responsible for how you use generated output. If you publish generated videos, check the rules of the platform you publish to — several platforms now require AI-content disclosure.

Generated content

Videos are produced by the MiniMax H3 Max model via fal's API. Rights to AI-generated output vary by jurisdiction and by the model provider's terms; we make no representation that you hold exclusive rights to any output, and similar prompts may produce similar videos for other users. Do not rely on the generator for anything requiring guaranteed exclusivity or clearance.

Content and data on this site

Show data, viewer counts, and prices are compiled from public sources, each labeled with its source and date. Figures marked "community estimate" are unverified. We aim for accuracy but provide all information as is — verify prices against provider pages before spending money. Trademarks and show names belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and all tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site, reliance on published figures, or content created with the generator.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: hello@aibroadcast.tv.
